Chef Bob recently conducted a cooking class for 3 friends having a getaway weekend: Karrenn, Carol and Cathy. They helped Chef Bob select the menu, comprised of their favorite foods: Dessert! The dinner began with Chicken Sausage Paella, and the desserts - Creme Brulee (see Chef Bob flaming the brulee below), our favorite Swedish stuffed pancake - Ebelskivers, and Chocolate dipped Strawberries. We all had a blast!
